When they arrive, we inspect them carefully and sharpen them.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We always remove as little material as possible<\/li>\n<li>We polish the knives<\/li>\n<li>We check their sharpness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Only once this sharpening service has been completed are the knives packaged and sent back. Our sharpening workshop guarantees the work performed. A good method is to use newspaper or kraft paper in several layers. Make sure that sharp points cannot protrude through the packaging (use a piece of cardboard with extra tape).<\/li>\n<li>We will send back your newly sharpened tool(s) within 3 business days after receiving your package.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NOTE! If you send your tools by post or freight company, you are responsible for ensuring that they reach us.
