Once you have completed the payment, send the scissors to our workshop together with your order number (so we know where they come from) or the order confirmation you received. If you are unsure whether we can sharpen a special tool, do not hesitate to contact us <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.njordstorp.se\/en\/contact\/\">here&#8230;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The scissors are taken apart when necessary and reground from scratch<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We always remove as little material as possible<\/li>\n<li>We polish the scissors and put them back together<\/li>\n<li>We correct the shape of the scissors if necessary<\/li>\n<li>We oil the scissors and check their sharpness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Only once this sharpening service has been completed are the scissors packaged and sent back. Our sharpening workshop guarantees the work performed. Return shipping to you is added when you proceed to the shopping cart \/ checkout.<\/p>\n<p>When you submit more tools, you receive a <strong>discount<\/strong>: 2 items give 5% off, 3 or 4 give 10% off, and more than 5 items give 15% off the entire amount at checkout.<\/p>\n<p>Send in your cutting tools as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Order and pay for the sharpening.<\/li>\n<li>When you have received your order confirmation by email, pack the items you have booked sharpening for in a suitable manner and include your details or a printed order confirmation. A good method is to use newspaper or kraft paper in several layers. Make sure that sharp points cannot pierce the packaging (use a piece of cardboard with extra tape).<\/li>\n<li>We will send back your newly sharpened tool(s) within 3 working days after receiving your package.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NOTE! If you send your tools via the postal service or a shipping company, you are responsible for ensuring that they reach us.
