White miso is the fastest variety and retains some sweetness. The culture also grows well on barley and emphasises sweetness and aroma.<br \/>\nThe culture is special for making sweet misos, amazake or sake. Sweet miso is miso made with this culture and does not ferment for long (from 2 weeks to two months) with a relatively low proportion of salt.<\/p>\n<p>The aroma this strain produces is outstanding, in my opinion. This strain has strong amylolytic power.<\/p>\n<p>Easy to dose. Choose between bag sizes: contains 25 g, which is enough for 5 kg of cooked substrate, or contains 100 g, which is enough for 20 kg of cooked substrate.
